I found this growing out of one of the drainage holes in a very old potted plant. There was a small fuzzy blob outside the hole, and there were very few roots inside the pot. The stems are very, very slender. I think it's some kind of fern.
I thought it was rather pretty, and I also felt it needed a chance to grow on its own since it seems like the little plant that could!
Can anyone ID this, please?
It looks like a fern I have seen before, but can't remember the name.
I believe it's one of these:

Probably P. pseudoaureum.
Thanks. It looks most like the bear's paw. If it survives, I'll be able to tell for sure when it gets larger.
Looks like young Phlebodium aureum, Rabbit's-Foot Fern. A common weed in warm areas.

Thanks, metro. I hope my little weed survives in its pot.
Haha. I'd sure like to have a weed like that growing in my garden. :-)
