Tutorial or free pattern

I would make a cover for an health book. Not very difficult to find on the web but this one is an healf book from United Kingdom and the sizes are totaly differents than the french's ones. Without this book it's hard to make a good sizes pattern and I don't be able to find some with the words "health book cover".
Do you know some links ? Maybe I don't use the "good words"..... I really need your help. Thank you very much !
