Ok so i read all the info on misnaming iris from photos but this summer i am going to need some help. I bought some iris off etsy last year and the seller is no longer on there. I cannot look up my order and most of the tags got blown off this winter. So i have about 30 varieties that dont have tags :( I dont want to misrepresent them but i need some help getting names of them or what they could be. Thank you!
are the tags completely gone or do you still have them and just not sure where they go?
Not sure where they go. Some are completely gone, but most of the tags are still there. Just scattered. :(
Hang on to the ones you do have! When they start blooming you can at least identify them with the tags you still have.
irisluver that is very sound advise, because if you have a place to start then you can usually ID the largest share of them, and the others just become lovely NOID that are still treasured by the person who has them growing.
