No such thing as Happy Days?

I purchased this beautiful dahlia several years ago at a big box store. The package said it was "Happy Days are here again" . I have recently searched as best I could on the web and can not find any reference to "Happy Days". Is there such as dahlia? It is so pretty that I would like to share it; with the proper name. Thanks for any information.

I'm thinking it looks like Star's Favorite. that's a common one amongst the box set.
