Conserving electricity frugally...

This is a constant effort discussed frequently among friends in our area.

I won't ask how much your power bill runs as our rates and lifestyles all differ but wonder what steps large or small you are making to save dollars on your light bill. We've been making an effort.

► I won't give up my lights but have gradually changed to the CFLs.
► Am back to hanging out laundry and enjoying it immensely.
► I do iron and find the line dried laundry needs less ironing.
► I really like the idea of solar but that is way out of my realm of reality other than small solar spotlights.
