CLOSED: Wanted: Love-in- a-Mist and Loves Lies Bleeding

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

I need old time flower seeds for our museum, which is in an 1881 house. I have received a few but would like these two. I still have loads of Cardinal Flower seed, hyacinth bean vine, dwarf zinnia and evening primrose.
We are hoping to have a square foot garden for kids so any other old time flowers that are easy may work.

Betty, you have DMail about these. ~ Łaz

When you say cardinal flower, which do you mean?
I'd LOVE some Cardinal Climber - had it before and loved it!!

I have some extra Nigella seeds to trade.

Thanks,
Carole

Dear Carole - I believe that her reference to cardinal flower is to the red flower in the Lobelia genus - - Lobellia cardinalis.

Now, when you refer to Cardinal Climber are you talkin' 'bout the vine related to the morning glories that comes with either red or white blossoms when its fat 'n happy? ~ Łaz

If you're asking me, Laz, I love the red - so do the hummers!
