Dear Gardeners
A garden gives so much pleasure. No wonder there are so many avid gardeners around the world. We get out in the air and the exercise is free.
I thought I would share the next step of my dragon fruit with you. This massive flower!
I attracted some cockies to my back verandah but my hubby said 'you'll be sorry' and sure enough they pulled out my bonsai and they tried to eat my little miniature man and then they tried to pull the staples out of my shadecloth. It was fun having a visit from them even though they were destructive but at the same time this gorgeous huge wild bird so close.
Dragon Fruit Up-date
The cockatoos are destructive, yes, they are such a large bird. Can be quite cheeky. Nice to see the flower on your dragonfruit. Maybe fruite next?
