Reconditioning soil for reuse

Could someone tell me what I should add to the potting soil mixture I used last year in my 5 gallon buckets so that I can reuse the soil this year? I used a mixture of peat moss, compost, perlite, & vermiculite last year & added Dolomite & 10-10-10 as supplements. I would like to reuse my soil, but I'm not sure what I should add to the soil mixture this year. Last year was my first year using the 5 gallon buckets and I'm hooked!

Thanks for the info, Plants4myPots! My vote was to reuse, but I'll recondition first. The debate was interesting reading.
