Have: Rhipsalis baccifera & Rhipsalis trigona seed pods

Greensburg, PA

I have a limited number of Rhipsalis fruits for trade. Each 1/4" fruit contains many small seeds.

R. baccifera - white, translucent fruits containing black seeds. This plant was sold to me without an ID about 10 years ago and ID is by me but probably accurate. However there are a lot of different forms of baccifera ID'd as such due to the species needing more work from the professionals. This one is a has a rigid, spreading form somewhat umbrella like. It grows slowly but is a sturdy, easy plant. Seeds are open pollinated, but likely selfed. http://rhipsalis.com/species/baccifera.htm

R. trigona - reddish/maroon/violet fruits containing small seeds, a nice, graceful Rhipsalis. Stems are reliably triangular in shape and each stem usually produces 3 additional stems at the end, giving a nice, cascading effect of triangular stems. Open pollinated fruits but likely selfed. http://rhipsalis.com/species/trigona.htm

Seeds are started on the surface of a peat/sand mix and need a humidity dome (or sealed in plastic bag) for the first 6 months until they size up. I have tested germination of seeds from both of these parent plants in previous years and had good results. Seeds will need to be shipped in weather above freezing, which means late March or April for me.

I am looking for seeds of other rhipsalis or rhipsalis cuttings in trade, possibly other things.

Bumping - I have plenty of the baccifera and would trade that for postage if anybody interested.
