Diascoria mexicana- live vine while dormant?

I have a D. mexicana that has been searching with its vine since November or so. Now it seems to have stopped growing or moving around. I am wondering if this plant has gone dormant or should I try some weak fertilizer, which I may have been neglecting recently?

I would be very cautious in watering this time of year when it appears to have stopped growing. Better safe than sorry.

I have the D. elephantipes and it has been growing all winter. It may be on African time. Anyway, I have been giving it fertilizer but mine is in s/h so I water it year round.
