Looking for Louisiana irises sources

Miami, FL(Zone 10b)

Hello everybody !!!! I am determined to grow some Louisiana irises alongside my Nelumbos or better yet give the Nelumbos a bigger water feature and then use the current one for the irises. However I don't know where to look for. I checked Brent and Becky and they had nothing and then American Meadows only had 3 colors. I have read that they grow down to even zone 9 and being a plant that can be grown in a humid environment I think that I'm up for the challenge. Any good vendors that you you of??? Please let me know !!! Happy Gardening !!!
Thanks;

Oh my gosh Rolando, wait until you see some of the vendors for Louisiana irises. They have some beauties.

I would highly recommend this source. The owner, Patrick, is a member here:

Another source I've heard is excellent:

And here's a place that will tell you all about them, and recommend some other sources:

Happy gardening to you too, and we expect to see lots of pretty pictures.

Oh, and if you really want to drool over LA irises, here's the website for Heather Pryor. Unfortunately she's in Australia, but a lot of her's get imported here.

Polly for shame on you reminding us of Pryers site, she makes me WANT to grow them and you know I grow enough now...but their iris are always such beauty's who would not want them all.

Rolando, go to Iris City Gardens for Louisianas -- they are just south of Nashville, TN and sell the Australian ones, too!
