Does anyone know how to make bunnies and kittens from individual pussy willows?

I was at a miniature show this weekend and saw the bunny. It was beyond cute. I asked and was told a woman
made it and a kitten for her, but the woman has since passed.

I am hoping someone here knows how to make them.
