I don't use this, but one of the bakers at our farmer's market really pushes it, especially to her diabetic customers. I've read it is just as bad as high fructose corn syrup. I tried searching the internet and found some info (it's bad). Does anyone have experience with this product?
We use raw local honey for sweetening.
