Has anyone grown Carrot Cake? I am wondering how much sun it might tolerate. Also, if oyu have grown it, what did you pair it with?

I had it back a few years ago and it was under huge Live Oak tree. I had it about 15" away from several other coleus. If what it would look good with comes to me, I'll post my idea. Mine had a deep peach hue to the leaves.
