DRILLING

Stafford, VA(Zone 7a)

Good Morning Clay Kids!
I am trying to think of spring... trying is the keyword as it is soooooo cold!

Anyway.. I Have several large red clay pieces that were fired to biisque but split down the middle during the process...they were leaf impressions and split where the stem was.

So I was thinking of trying to paint (Glaze) flowers, sunny face etc on the large pieces then put outside on the my garden shed or my garden fence. Question is... HOW do you drill a hole BUT not crack or break the piece?
