Help! My Ibervillea tenuisecta is not dormant!

Stamford, CT

My Ibervillea tenuisecta has woken up very early and is currently blooming. Does anyone know if it will cause problems for the plant in the future. I currently have it in a bright room, but there is no way that it get any sun light. The room its in gets pretty warm. I not sure exactly how much but it must be at least 70-75 F. I haven't watered it since the end of august. So I want to know if will be bad for the plant to be growing right now. Also I see some some of the branches have dried up. Here is a picture.
