Awful cracked fingers... please help! Part 2

Good thread with lots of information and the cracked fingertip season is back at my house.

My assessment is the calloused thicker skin on the fingertips seems to be the problem.

After applying Dr Burts and bandaging, they throbbed all night. I think the bandaids were too tight. LOL

But it is fresh on my mind so I dug out the old thread and reread it.

What works for you? Any new thoughts I can try?
