Looking for 'David Howard' Dahlia...

I absolutely go ga-ga for dark foliage on Dahlias. I think 'David Howard' would be swell... Anyone know grow it?

BTW. I planted seeds of 'Bishop's Children' from T&M... Got a couple dozen very dark foliaged plants with variously colored (mostly orange, yellow and red with three in the plum, cranberry and cherry range, no whites) blooms. Most are single, a couple doubled. I'm busily culling and dividing the best. PIX?
