Bark Impressed PLates

Hi All,
Last week we had what is called a MICRO BURST" kind of like a tornado butthe wind blows in one direction instead of all around. Everyone in our area has acreage and we have allbeen cleaning up the massive amounts of trees that were ripped out, uprooted and snapped off.
No one was hurt.. but our big Persimmon Tree crushed our neighbor's son's car.. totaled it.

ANWAY......SInce then I Have been going to a few neighbors houses andbefore the tree services came I took some bark from their downed trees. I made a round red clay plate for one neighbor, impressed with some of their tree bark and last night I made a platter for the neighbor whose tree crushed their car.... I have been breaking off small pieces of the bark and then impressing the pieces intot he clay.

If they turn out I'll post pictures. One more neighbor to go!
