Have had the Shark Steam Floor Cleaner for about a year. Until yesterday I was quite satisfied with it. Yesterday...no steam. It heated up just fine, but the steam just barely drifted out. Does anyone know if there is a filter in there that may have become clogged? What would happen if I added a little CLR to the water reservoir? I already added little vinegar and it seemed to help. Just wondering, in that it isn't working now-what harm would there be in trying to wake it up?
