Today I potted up my Trichodiadema in s-h and I like the way it looks. I followed the instructions that came with the kit and it was very easy. I have it outside right now as the weather is beautiful for it.
Trichodiadema bulbosum in semi-hydroponics
It looks great. I may have to get one of those. I am going to get into so much trouble on this site.
I love that one. I had one a long time ago, but killed it by watering too much during the winter. That looks like a really nice sized plant.
Very nice Nancy. I have not had any luck with these. I hope you do better.

It has little lavender pink flowers sometimes. I do not water it at all from Nov. through March but we will see how it does in s-h. I had not raised the caudex when it was in soil because, when I got it, it was small. I was very surprised how it had grown under the soil and is nice sized now. The other plant I put in s-h is my only orchid a phal. I know it's not a caudiciform but want to show the picture of it.
Neat, well that is how the s/h started. For orchids. The caudex is really nice on your Trich.
