I'm seriously considering buying a 48" duel fuel Wolf stove. The stove top would have four burner with cast iron grates, a griddle and a grill. Has anyone on DG had any experience with using a Wolf grill like this? If yes, was it relatively easy to use and keep clean. I would be interested in hearing any opinions in this area. This stove would be a very big investment for me and I want to get the right configuration. Let me know. Thanks.
