I saw this vine at the Scranton square Court house walking with my boys in town and i tried the plant files and couldn't find it. Probably missed it or something but i took seeds and dont know how to care for it, so if anybody know what kind it is that would be a big help.

Elaine, that looks like a Clematis.. don't know the name though. Very beautiful.
Thanks for the great direction. I was able to locate it and it is a Late, Large-Flowered Clematis, Jackman Clematis
