Tonight I think I'm going to try a Chicken Divan soup. It's my monthly Bunco night, and the menu is baked potatoes with a plethora of toppings to choose from.

I originally thought about just straight-up broccoli-cheese soup, but a recipe in Southern Living caught my eye. Fortunately my friends are accustomed to trying out new recipes on one another.
