Is it to late?

Dayton, OH

I have some Blue Bell (campanula glomerata) seeds. What I would like to know is it to late in the season to plant them. I live in Zone 5.

I'd wait until next spring, some cold, hungry ant may walk away with them! (lol!) You can try to 'winter sow' them, onewish1, (Allison) might know, she's good with seeds..

I'm not Allison but .......Yes, you can do wintersowing with milkjugs.

That campanula is quite hardy....I'd winter sow some, & keep some for spring sowing....

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

this site has a nice list by zone what seeds are good for winter sowing... and that one is on it
