My Gmail and Google accounts were Hijacked and compromised

I am pulling my hair out and just freaking out over this. The worst part is that Gmail doesn't have a phone support number and the only help line is a forum. If I could afford better I wouldn't be there but all my blogs are denying me access as the hijackers changed my password so I can't even get into my blogs except to comment. I have left a comment in both of them and hope that any future followers will see it.
If anyone out here has a suggestion I would greatly appreciate it.
I am just a neurotic mess and for me that is highly unusual. I am a very even tempered mild manner person as anyone that knows me can verify. I have definitely learned a lesson from all this.
This is a copy of the letter that they are sending to everyone in my address book
So please, if you get this letter, its not from me. I am safe at home.
