Howdy Folks...

This vine looks like something fairly common but for the life of me I can't place its name. A friend took this pic and loves the plant. Any idea what it is?

Yep, thanks folks! I guess I am (or was!) only familiar with the yellow mandevilla. Now I see there are several colors. Wish it was hardy in my zone, dagnabbit! :
