MOLES!

Williamstown, NJ(Zone 6b)

Has anyone else had a big problem with Moles this year? I have tried to be nice and think, well they have to eat and soon they will be gone. But oh my they have tilled up my whole yard, even in places that I thought was too hard to even plant a garden. I know I had a hard time getting a shovel in that area...lol
Do I use Mole remover first, or treat for grubs first?

I'd probably treat for them both if you've got a really bad case of them and there's no reason you have to do one before the other, you could do both at the same time. If you just treat for grubs, the moles should eventually move on, but it may take some time and more things get destroyed while you wait. And if you just treat for the moles but leave the grubs alone, more moles will likely find your yard eventually.

Thanks, I am heading to Home Depot to Lowes tomorrow and I will get something.

Mole control???
Whatever could it be?

Moles eat worms, but beyond that - what else?
How to you dupe a mole into eating something else?

Out west we are not allowed to use mole traps - the ONLY thing that works. In WA state, one can sell traps, but one cannot USE traps! Duh?!

What I hate is how the voles follow the moles through the holes. The voles eat bulbs and do a whole lot of damage.
