I clicked on an email link! SHOOT! HELP

I got an email from my SIL from her OLD email server which was adressed to all people I do not know and me. And shoot, I clicked on the link. I am sure it is a virus.

What should I do? And of all times I cannot find the virus program on my computer that I had.

The link is http://sites.google.com/site/lvczdzxzg/byd 17755

and when clicked it says -

What language is this and does it say SCREW YOU, YOUR COMPUTER WILL NOW DIE? Anyone know?
