About 3 weeks ago I decided to stop eating sugar. It was really a struggle but I am so glad that i did it. I gave up my donughts, pies, cakes, etc, cut back on fruit and white food. I have lost 8lbs, I have a lot more energy and really don't have the cravings I had before. It wasn't easy but well worth the effort. Meems
