This Rose of Sharon is from Karen's RU July '09. It was a seedling rescued from an abandoned lot. General consensus at the time was it would be rose colored. Who brought this in? You gave me what I hoped for.

Yankeecat gave me a plant that is a sweetner substitute,its manufactured under a name I cant remember.
Someone gave me seeds for yellow and black Holihocks. They will bloom next year.

Great thread, Andy. A huge amount of the beauty in my yard is from all of the RUs we've gone to, or from the plant swap we had here. I'll show some pics later. I have something special from every single one of my DG friends - plants, seeds that brought forth pretty plants, etc..
