have not been at DG for a while/question

st davids, ON

I have not been so actively gardening for a while, but i know that DG is the best place to be, informative and with great people here.

i needed to find some information.. I am a zone 6 person who would like to find some colorful shrubs for this zone..colorful leaves which change in autumn, or with berries, or unusual shape.

they would be for a southern exposure and might not get much 'personal attention'..( it is for an apartment complex..the residents do not water or care for the shrubs much)..

any suggestions would be much appreciated.. i have do idea where to post this.
hope someone can help or direct me.

many thanks
alice

Hi again,all..i found a website which might answer all my questions, so i do not mind if no one gets a chance to respond....Summer is so short here in the North, we have to make the best use of every outdoor minute as far as i am concerned.

here is the site:

i always try to contribute something to the forum.

i think i even made some tags.

many thanks
happy gardening..

I like doing the advanced search on some of the garden companies to first get an idea...
Garden crossing and Bluestone have good ones
