I also have a banana tree that I think is a 'dwarf cavendish', but I am not 100 percent sure. If anybody could confirm this, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
Banana Tree 'Dwarf Cavendish'?
It does resemble the 'Cavendish' Banana as a juvenile. But several other Bananas look similar when they are young.
The best way to know for sure is to grow it out and see the habit of the plant and form of the fruit.
The 'Dwarf Cavendish' will flower & fruit at less than 10 ft. tall.
