What is going on with my redbuds!!

Hi this happens every year to my redbuds. I treated with bayer in early spring and a couple of my trees are just starting to have this problem. This particular tree has it bad though.

Sorry, I just saw your call for help today.

I'll bet it's fungal leaf spot. My viburnum carlesi got it last year, not this, and my crabapple has it. Here is some info. Redbud is one of the affected trees. Good news is that it isn't really damaging to the plant as a whole. Just not pretty.

I treated my carlesi early in the year with the kind of product that prevents apple scab (triflorine) and it is free of the disease this year.
