i am selling some plants locally here, including some extra herbs. one lady wants t buy some parsely, and and wants to know if she can let it grow together with lavender?
i don't know much about herbs and companion planting, so please advice!

Lavender and Parsley both like mild fairly dry climates. Parsley has naturalized in Hawai'i in mild upcountry areas.
yes, i am aware of that, but my question is, can she plant them together in the same pot?

Got it, thanks Dave! i had thought so, but the lady had been wary because they both had such a strong scent, and she wondered if they would grow together alright. and i know zilch about companion planting!

Hi Isaac,
If your friend wants both plants to get large they should be in a pot that is larger than one used for just one plant. Say a two gallon pot instead of a one gallon pot.
