Kay..wow I don't get it, we've had plenty of rain and it's cooling off a bit...did they bloom ok last year?

Mulberry, FL

I have it 3 different places like Kay says jumped in a tree took off no flowers saw it today on a fence loaded I think allowing it to keep growing it does. If it can't go any higher it flowers call me crazy but this is my thought. Finally the double pea vine just starting to bloom deepest blue in a plant I have ever seen
