Is taking over everything; I have been cutting it back for years and years but how do I get rid of it?

Caitlinsgarden, in addition to good old fashioned grunt labor including getting rid of as much root mass as possible, I've had some success with this stuff. BTW, I live in grape heaven (or hell) depending on your point of view.
