Need ideas using curved glass from broken vases & bottles

I would love some ideas on using curved pieces of glass. Thought of something brilliant once but forgot to write it down!

I have quite a bit saved and a friend just gave me a beautiful blue hobnailed decanter that broke.

I know I'm not the only one here who feels a bit of glee if something not too precious gets broken!
