CLOSED: Swainson's Hawk?

This was shot near Houston Texas today. The closest I can find in my bird books is a Swainson's Hawk.

He was flying around with a bunch of these Mississippi Kites (I think.) They were catching bugs and this one is showing me his last capture... :O)
