HELP! Little Green worms - eating my Cestrum Plant! HELP!

My cestrum plant (also my night blooming jasmine) are being eaten alive by these little green worms that come out at night. Can anyone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them? I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!! Rusty
