I have a Serviceberry tree, that is about 4 years old, and it's leaves are turning a beautiful red, you'd think it was September instead of July. We had a warm, dry spring with precip running about 3 inches below normal and temps about 2-3 weeks warmer than normal. As of late we have had a good amount of rain and are now 2-3 inches above normal and still running warm. There is no sign or insects.
I am assuming that the tree is showing signs of stress. Does anyone know if this will cause major problems and should I be doing something?
