I am trying to start my christmas presents now & I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for bath salts,lotions,lip balm etc. & scented candles. Where can I get supplies at a decent price so I don`t break the bank (i`m trying to get by with a limited budget). So hmmm....would I get by cheaper by making them or not?
