My redbud has shoots at the base of the tree. I have seen this before and I know it's normal. However I also want to cut them off. Is now with very high temps ok for cuttin them? Or, should I wait until fall or winter.
Red bud (Cercis canadensis)
You can cut them off any time of the year. No problem at all from my experience.
I agree with Hoosier.
