My 3 1/2 yr old son wanted to help me water, but could not lift the watering can or reach the facet to fill his own. I told him I would help fill his can after I got a drink.
We have a potty chair outside for emergencies. So, I went inside to get a drink while he was on the potty. When I came back he was pouring the contents of the bowl on the plants. He just looked at me w/ a smile and said, "Look mommy, I can water the plants by myself." How could I be mad...
Needless to say I used the hose to finish what he started.
Pest or Helper?
I think he's a helper! =)
Me too!
An old lady in our street when I was a boy used to grow magnificent chrysanths by emptying her guzzunder on them every morning!
PatGeorge - I hope a Finnish guzzunder is equal to an American biffy.
Not Finnish, English. Finnish word is öyastia, which translates as night vessel.. The guzzunder (also known as a piano) was so called because it guzzunder the bed.
