Moving What Do I do?

Poland, ME

We are moving next month and I am taking a lot of my perennials with me. But my Clems are growing on a chain link fence, many bloomed. They are three to five years old. Should I cut them off part way up and pot them or just leave them behind. A few of these are personal favorites.

I would follow the directions on Jeanne's Bubbler method and take a slew of cuttings and root them. http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1084737/

Oh I would most definitely hard prune those you MUST take with you and pot them up..(don't forget the bonemeal in the pot) keeping them moist for the journey! I know I'd dig mine up..I couldn't ever part with them...Jeanne
