I was out weeding my gardens today and noticed my Shasta daisy looked like this....what is wrong with it..
Thanks for the help..
please help
normally i just call that look, "dieback"....for whatever reason i can't say. i would cut off the bad looking stems. i see some other parts that look pretty normal. take a sharp clippers and nip it down to the good wood.
thank you I did cut it back and boy did it smell. It looked so pretty the beginning of spring then this thanks for your help
it was rotting if there was smell. lots of rain up there lately? maybe the drainage is bad in that area?
yup we had some flooding in May. Will the rest of it die? I moved it to a different location which I'm thinking floods too so guess I will move it again thanks for your help
i guess you'll just have to wait and see. hopefully it has some good dry root system left.
