I just observed that Giancarlo is in our 'Memory Garden'

Hi Kin! I know. That is one of the reasons I picked this shot. I knew Giancarlo slightly and so admired his great love of plants. It may have surpassed my own. LOL. He had great plant needs too! We had a few plant transactions along the DG way. I have heard his garden was fantastic. I think it is great we can say hello again to him thru his photos and remember him this way.
He was a huge collector of plants. I often wonder what happened to his garden. I beleive he got sick suddenly and then left to higher grounds quickly. I hope it all was taken care of. Must have been so sad for him to leave it all.
he was also a wonderful photographer
i was amazed at some of his rare plants but the images were always amazing
i think you did good Kell
Dick
Hi Dick!
hi Kell
how you been ?
has this rain been giving you any problems ?
i'm ready for spring to show up here
Dick
I am GREAT! Just got back from Mendocino! We had the best time!
I am actually loving the rain. I can water by hand less! My roses are full of black spot but oh well. I have been too lazy to spray!
Hope life is well by your river!
