Coleus wreath

Bolivar, OH

Have you seen the June issue of Better Homes & Gardens magazine? They have a living wreath made from coleus. It is just stunning! I think if you laid it flat on an outdoor table it would also make a lovely centerpiece with a candle in the middle. Might be a good way to use up cuttings.

Can you scan and post it? I won't tell anyone.

A friend gave me these last summer, what a blessing>

Sorry, no scanner. I thought of trying to photograph it but I have a sneaking suspicion that it would voilate copywright laws and BH&G would probably frown on that.

Gorgeous coleus! A blessing, indeed. Do you know what the red rimmed with yellow toward the upper right corner is? Very striking!

They are all un-named, grown from seed.

Same for these>

they are beautiful Dale. That is a great friend. I am finally planting mt coleus but the temps were 67 high and now 98. I am planting mine in pots for the courtyard. Shaded and cooler. Weird year. Now I need to come up with something because thr Coleus always took front and center. Maybe fake flowers.
