Unknown Iris

Here is a photo of an unknown iris in my garden.
Any guesses? thanks

I am not an Iris expert...and I do not know what it is...
But it does look like a Japanese variety though...
The colorations remind me of the TB 'Circus Circus'...

Very special! Is it tall, short, medium? fragrant?

It was early. This photo was taken at least 2 weeks ago, I just got the photos.
Now it is done. It was medium tall. This is actually a photo of two blooms side by side.
No fragrance I can remember. It must be a Japanese variety, which I have never purchased
for the garden. Maybe it was a free, there is no tag. I am going to dig it out and put it into a
ceramic pot.

It looks like a tall bearded to me, just the photo was taken from the top kind of at an odd angle, making it look different.

It is obviously a bearded iris, not Japanese. See the blue beards visible in a few places. The color, veining and beard are similar to Autumn Circus, a rebloomer. Not saying it is or isn't, but could be.

Japanese irises are beardless.
