Best Caulk to seal openings in shed

Me and my husband just put up an Arrow Metal Shed. We went the cheap route due to the fact that for us a shed was just put lawn mower in and leaf blower. Well, I see openings and wanted to seal the shed but I'm trying to find the best caulk for water resistance. Any body got any ideas?
